When your focus is on the seen, heard and felt, you are assigning meaning to it, which has it persist in time. So long as meaning is assigned to what you observe (language), it will persist in form or language. When you are able to allow it to be, with zero attention from you, neither pleasing nor displeasing you, it will cease to exist for you. The challenge arises, when a difficulty confronts you, to be sufficiently disciplined to on-goingly detect and release any meaning you are attaching to the appearing/disappearing identity language.
