Essential Elements To Self-Conscious Living

Facilitated by Brad King.

“Existence is inconceivable apart from consciousness.  Mind as thinking or thought, self-conscious identity, is God, man, Universe—one Being.” CSR 17

“I consciously am; then what I am conscious of must be the content or constitution of my own consciousness or Mind.  Nothing exists for an individual unless he is aware of it and since his awareness is his own Soul or Mind in manifestation (himself), there is nothing to be aware of outside of himself—the conscious infinitude of existence.”  CSR xxxii

Building from the ideas presented by Margaret Laird in the new Third Edition of Christian Science Re-Explored, we will read selected portions of the book, as identified by the Index, that illustrate the ideas and inspiration of self-conscious living, and prepare assigned homework questions for discussion.

Course Text:  Christian Science Re-Explored by Margaret Laird (available through the IMS).

Cost:  $99

When:  Mondays at 6pm Pacific Time.

Dates:  January 16th and 30th, February 13th and 27th, and March 12th.
